Victor: I thank you for the nomination for this post, and the
confidence you express in my abilities by your action.

However, at this time with the demands of my current role within
Verisity, I find that I do not available the time required to fulfill
the responsibilities of the role of 1364 sub WG chair.

As Sherman said in 1884: "If nominated I will not run, and if elected I
will not serve."
