        Hi All,

        Two "YES" votes were received for the ratification of the Errata
list (by Oz and Vassilios, Synopsys and Accellera DR respectively). No
"opposed" and No "abstain". Therefore, I consider this list as "passed
ratification".

        Hi All,

        As decided in our meeting this week, I am calling for a vote to
ratify the issues which were resolved by the SystemVerilog Errata WG
(and presented by Karen). The complete list is attached to this note.

        Please note the voting is on all issues except for issues: 5,
78, 121 and 125 which will be passed to SV-CC. For each of the issues in
the list please vote as follows:

        * YES - to ratify acceptance of the issue as resolved by
the Errata WG

        * NO - not to ratify. In this case, you are required to
accompany your vote with a reason of why

        * ABSTAIN

        Please send your email vote directly to me and Dennis. The
voting closes by end of next Monday, October 18th (and voting results
will be published shortly after).
