This should not be regarded as being specific to nets of user-defined nettypes.  It is about allowing aggregates like unpacked structs as event expressions, regardless of whether they are nets or variables.

"user-defined type" is the topic of 6.18, 6.22, as discussed in http://www.eda-twiki.org/svdb/view.php?id=5178 . And "user-defined nettype" (UDN) is discussed in 6.6.7.

But I think the request is not about either types or nettypes, but instead about nets of a user-defined nettype, specifically, that such a net be allowed whole in a sensitivity netlist, instead of listing all the fields.
