proposed new meeting time

Hi Folks:

I have received feedback from a number of people who want to attend
SV-DC that the current time is too early on the US West Coast. I have
looked at the schedules of other committee meetings that are likely to
conflict with people's attendance (e.g., SV-BC, SV-EC, SV-AC, ASVA) and
have come up with the following suggestion:

   Meet bi-weekly on Wednesdays from 11:00-13:00 CDT (UTC-05:00)

This aligns the time with other SV committees and avoids collisions.

Of course, I do not have visibility to your individual schedules.

If you are interested in participating, please send me feedback on
whether this time can be made to work for you. I would like all the
feedback by 2010-07-02 so that I can determine if the change will be
feasible.
