Friendly Amendments:
- Change "on a time step" to "in a time step" in multiple places.
- Remove comma after "say" in "it is more precise to say, that" in
several places.
- Add a comma after "step" in "including the current time step" in
several places.
- Add a comma before "where" in "where counting starts at".
- Avoid "note" because of IEEE rules on notes. Change "Note thus that"
to "In particular".
