SV-AC Mantis 2486 is in the "editor" status for me to implement. The bug notes indicate that the changes did not make it into the ballot draft, and need to be implemented in the recirculation draft. It appears to me that the changes specified in the proposal ARE in the ballot draft. Is there some other change, or a correction to how it was implemented, that I am supposed to make?
