Hi Shalom:

I agree that searching the pending Mantis items is difficult.  I
recommend instead waiting until we have a draft that incorporates them
before resuming this scrutiny.

I do not know if anything has been made worse.  I have not presumed
that the LRM can be understood by a single, in-order reading.
