[sv-ac] RE: Renaming 16.9

Hi Shalom,

I definitely agree, especially because local variables are used not only
in sequences, but also in properties. Unfortunately I haven't mentioned
this suggestion at today SV-AC meeting. I don't know whether this can be
done without the committee's approval.

16.9 is "Manipulating data in a sequence".

So far as I can see, it is all about local variables.

I suggest to rename it to "Local variables". I think it is a more
meaningful name.

I was looking for the subclause describing them and had trouble finding
it.

Do you agree to the suggestion?
