Hi Neil, According to the IEEE policy the voting rights are contingent on the attendance: 2 out of last 3, or ¾ of the total. SV-AC has from time to time short meetings on Thursday intended for voice voting only, and no issues are discussed there. SV-AC needs a clarification whether the attendance at these voting meetings has to be counted or should it be ignored when determining the voting rights. E.g., should a person who did not attend the last two meetings, but one of these two meetings was a voting meeting only, keep his/her voting rights?
