[sv-ac] 2088 Friendly Amendments done, Ready for vote

Hi John,

I have uploaded a new version of the 2088 proposal. This version 
addresses the friendly amendments from Dmitry and Lisa:  I have made the 
following changes:

1.  Made sure all occurrences of "coverpoint" in every example were bold.
2.  Made sure all occurrences of "posedge" in every example were bold.
3.  Deleted the paragraph as Dmitry suggested.  Moved the topic sentence 
of that paragrapgh to the next paragraph.  The paragraph now reads as 
follows:

A covergroup may also be triggered by a procedural call to its sample() 
method (see 18.8). The following
examples show how the sample() method may be called from a sequence 
match item to trigger a covergoup.

We should be ready to vote on the friendly amendments.
