It says that the property evaluation status is "disabled":

 

The evaluation results in "disabled".

As it is does not make sense. An additional word would have to follow
'disabled'.

	16.12 has a sentence (as amended by Mantis 1648): 

	"If prior to the completion of that evaluation the disable
condition becomes true, then the overall evaluation of the property
results in disabled."

	That looks a little funny. 
	Should the end of the sentence be "is disabled"?
