I think it should either be as it is or "... result is disabled".

Hi, 

16.12 has a sentence (as amended by Mantis 1648): 

"If prior to the completion of that evaluation the disable condition
becomes true, then the overall evaluation of the property results in
disabled."

That looks a little funny. 
Should the end of the sentence be "is disabled"?
