[sv-ac] Champions consideration of 1900 (checkers)

Hi Neil and Champions:

In SV-AC, we passed 1900 by e-mail ballot on 2008-01-15.

There was one friendly amendment and some other changes to the
proposal during the ballot period, so we are holding another e-mail
vote to close on 2008-01-21 to approve these changes.

This is a substantial proposal.

I am writing to suggest that Champions consider pro-actively beginning
review of 1900 so that SV-AC will have time to revise the proposal in
response to Champions' feedback before our extension period expires at
the end of February.
