Hi Erik:

Voting continues up to the ballot deadline.

Even if there is a negative vote, people should still consider 
the proposal, vote, and send comments with friendly amendments.  

A negative vote could be changed, but more importantly we need
to get feedback sooner in order to revise and converge in the 
time remaining in the schedule.
