Probably this statement in 16.5 should be modified to take into account
loop iterators.

The expressions used in defining sequences are evaluated over the
sampled values of all variables (other than local variables as described
in 16.9) and the current values of local variables and the sequence
boolean methods ended and matched (see 16.13.6).

But you have a comment in the code of the example, which explicitly
lists the samples variables there. This should be clear enough.

Hmmm... But I also wanted to convey the idea that if you look at a
concurrent assertion in a loop, chances are that any variable you are
looking at is sampled, unless it's a loop iterator.  Is "most other
variables will be sampled" a problematic phrasing?
