Hi John,

At the vote on 1757, (which hopefully will pass,) there where
some friendly amendments. Most of them were editorial but one have
some substances so I would like to have a voice vote to confirm the
change I have made.

The issue that Lisa pointed was that when sampled value functions are
used in the reset expression, they cannot inherit a clock according to
the clock flow. Therefore, I require specifying the clock in sampled
value functions when used in the reset expression.

I think that it make sense that an asynchronous reset will not be
related to any clocking event. This is also consistent with disable iff.
