Subject: [sv-ac] call to vote on 1855

Hi Folks:

I made a process error with Mantis 1855.

After SV-AC passed 1722, we got feedback from Brad Pierce that we should
incorporate the changes from 1855 into the 1722 proposal. We did
that for items 1, 3, and 4 of 1855 and re-voted 1722. We did not
incorporate item 2 of 1855 into 1722, but the additional information
in Mantis says that item 2 of 1855 is covered by 1850.

At that point, I moved 1855 to "resolved, duplicate" thinking that that
was the right thing to do.

It was not.

The SV-AC need to vote on this state change.

This is the call for that vote. This is not a vote on a proposal,
just a vote to change the Mantis state of 1855 to
"resolved,duplicate".

Please vote if you are eligible. See the details below.

J.H.
