In Draft3a there is a coloring mistake in Syntax 14-3.

The semicolon that follows "default clocking clocking_identifier" 
should be in bold red, as in A.1.4.

Can you add this change in 1648?  Otherwise, I am afraid we will
get dinged for not obeying the coloring rules.
