[sv-ac] champions meeting cancelled

Hi Folks:

I checked the champions mail archive, and Neil decided to cancel
today's champions meeting.  Neil's mail says that he will call an
e-mail vote instead, but it does not say what items will be on the
ballot.

We have action plans for some items that are predicated on the results
of the cancelled meeting.  I have asked Neil about what items will be
on the ballot, but we may not want to wait for that.
