Hi Folks:

This is the call to re-vote on the revised proposal for 1591 that
addresses feedback from the champions.  Please note that the
e-mail ballot closes at 04:00 PDT on 2007-08-24 as we agreed
in our meeting on 2007-08-21.

The updated proposal is proposal-1591-2007-08-22.doc on mantis and 
was also sent out in a previous mail of mine.

Note that this revised proposal adds changes for $rose, $fell, and
$stable as well as the ones for $past that were in the original
proposal. 

Please vote if you are eligible.  See the details below.

If you already voted on the original proposal-1591-2007-08-22.doc,
then please vote again in response to this mail so that I can be
sure that you saw the second version.
