RE: [sv-ac] Mantis 1757 Accepton / rejecton operators

The new keywords need to be added to Annex B. 

Also, the words 'accepton' and 'rejecton' sound like nouns, similar to
'electron' or 'prion'.  (And 'rejecton' looks like a misspelling of
'rejection', too.)  Maybe they should instead be 'accept_on' and
'reject_on', similar to 'join_any' any 'join_none'.

In "Otherwise, he overall", the 'he' should be 'the'.

In "The operators accepton and rejecton may be used inside a recursive
property. For example, the following uses of accepton and rejecton
property are legal" the occurrences of 'accepton' and 'rejecton' should
be in a bold monospaced font.
