Re: [sv-ac] uploaded updated proposal for 1361

Hi Manisha:

I don't know how to fix this.

This is what I understand.  In the .htm file, the deleted "and"
is represented by 

<span class=1delete>and </span>

When I view the .htm with firefox, this is displayed as ordinary
"and".  This is why I said that the "and" is still there.

When I view the .htm with internet explorer, this is displayed as
red strikeout "and".
