RE: [sv-ac] uploaded updated proposal for 1361

Hi,

Here is the updated proposal. I have fixed the section numbers. I am not
sure why John does not see 'and' deleted. I am using Word to edit this
htm file. I can not figure out how to fix it as I see it already
deleted.

John, do you want to fix this part ?
