Hi Manisha,
 
Sorry to trouble you a bit, but 
a) can you change to "....as a result of control action"  to be
consistent with rest ? The rationale for this was/is that a VPI person
may not care about the system task rather focused on the VPI
inter-workings.
 
b) can you move up the " ..." to integrate within or at least right
after " 

- On disable, enable, reset, and kill, pass action, fail action, and
vacuous action callbacks, the returned p_vpi_attempt_info info pointer
is

NULL, and no attempt information is available."
