Hi Bassam,

 

I think there are slight issues with both that the subcommittee can
refine.  People have complained with both.  I think the key now is to
approve the use of the keyword context.  With 1549, which touches this
entire section, we can refine this as needed, if that is ok.

Text says something like " .... when actual is assigned to formal", I
was rather hoping for something like "... the actual is substituted for
the formal in the instantiation context" to make things clear.
