[sv-ac] bind statement

Hi,
  I have doubt regarding 'bind' statement.
In LRM section 17.15 it is says that   "It shall be an error for a bind 
statement to bind a bind_instantiation underneath the scope of another 
bind_instantiation."
Please explain this line with example.
