Yes, that's the idea. In my opinion, the whole sublanguage of constant_this and constant_that could be profitably excised from the BNF, so it would be great if we could resist adding to it. Consider that "const_variable_lvalue" would probably need to change every one of its "variable_lvalue" ocurrences to "const_variable_lvalue", not just the first one, and also use a new nonterminal "const_assignment_pattern_variable_lvalue".
