	1) "A parameter can be assigned $ provided it is not involved in
any expression. Such a parameter can be used only wherever the symbol $

used as a condition in the generate statement. " 
	
	3) "If a parameter is assigned $ then it must not be involved in
any expression. Such a parameter can be used only wherever $ is
