Looks good. Couple of suggestions, note the courier font in (2).

1) "A parameter can be assigned $ provided it is not involved in any
expression. Such a parameter can be used only wherever the symbol $ is
allowed."

2) "Typically, $isunbounded(constant_param_expression) would be used as
a condition in the generate statement. " 

3) "If a parameter is assigned $ then it must not be involved in any
expression. Such a parameter can be used only wherever $ is allowed."
