Re: [sv-ac] AC 196 - optional type spec?

Hello All;

We should follow what is able to be done for module declarations. I do not
recall if you can mix old style and ANSI declarations in a module. If you can
then we should allow that for sequences/properties. If you can not, then we too
should not allow mixing.

This consistency will help users out remembering the rules...
