[sv-ac] RE: Hillel Miller was active in 3.1

Hi John,
The list came from the SV-AC chairs. I do not know the criteria they used. I know that in SV-EC we used a certain percentage of
attendance.

Arif and Faisal, please send any correction you feel is appropriate.

It has come to my attention that the SV 3.1a LRM
credits Hillel Miller as an active member only in the
3.1a effort of SV-AC. I believe Hillel was active in
SV-AC during the 3.1 effort as well and that his name
should be so noted in the acknowledgments of the SV 3.1a LRM.
