As far as I can see, the SV templates are free of
content.
I thought they were going to show me how the
LRM change instructions should be formatted so
as to limit the variation in the style.
Now I am missing the point of why we are supposed
to use these templates. Is the idea that someone
is going to cut and past from them into the LRM
document? If so, then I don't think I am competent
to do this job, what with all the fonts and colors.
Since preparing these proposal drafts is going
to be virtually my entire weekend's entertainment,
I'd like to stick to something I know how to do,
like LaTeX.
