[sv-ac] Mantis 3206: Deferred assertions are sensitive to glitches. Assertion name case

Hi all,

In the example in Mantis 3206 assertion names start with a capital later: A1, A2, etc. No other place in the LRM uses this style, we always have small letters: a1, a2, ....
I suggest lowercase the names to make the style consistent.
