[sv-ac] RE: Editorial changes proposed by Ben (Mantis 4002)

Hi,

The proposal wants to tweak the following sentence that follows Syntax 16-4:

"constant_primary includes constant_expression which is computed at compile time and shall result in an integer value."

This refers to the following part of the syntax:

cycle_delay_range ::=
        ## constant_primary

I don't understand why the sentence mentions constant_expression at all.
Why not simply,
"constant_primary is computed at compile time and shall result in an integer value"?

The other changes in v2 of the proposal look ok to me.
