Hi all,

We need to determine the list of names for SV-AC. According to the 1/3rd attendance percentage criterion, the following people are eligible:

Ashok Bhatt (Cadence)
Laurence Bisht (Intel)
Eduard Cerny (Synopsys)
Ben Cohen (Accellera)
Dana Fisman (Synopsys)
Tapan Kapoor (Cadence)
Jacob Katz (Intel)
Dmitry Korchemny (Intel - Chair)
Scott Little (Freescale)
Manisha Kulshrestha (Mentor Graphics)
Anupam Prabhakar (Mentor Graphics)
Erik Seligman (Intel)
Samik Sengupta (Synopsys)
Tom Thatcher (Oracle - Co-Chair)

I also suggest also adding John Havlicek who attended 30% of the meetings, but whose contribution was very significant.

Please, notify me ASAP if you have any comments. According to the WG guidance the decision should be made by the chair and the co-chair.

Thanks,
Dmitry

Subject: List of participants

Hi Technical Chairs and Co-chairs,

It is time to determine the list of names that will be shown in the front of the SystemVerilog LRM. These are shown in the "Participants" section. See pages v through vii of draft 4 for the lists that were in 1800-2009. These lists have not been updated since 1800-2009 was published.

The Working Group has decided that it should be up to the TC chairs and co-chairs to determine the list of names for their respective committees.
This time around we are attempting to get the list of names finalized before balloting begins.

The following guidance should be used when determining who should be on the list.

    - This list represents those individuals that participated in the
development of 1800-2012. The starting point for determining who has
      participated is Jun 24, 2010.
    - The list should contain the names of those individuals that attended
a certain percentage of meetings (at least 1/3rd was suggested).
    - Those that have made major contributions, even if they were only
involved for a portion of the time. An example of this would be someone
that was only active for a few months, but did a lot of work on various
proposals during that period of time.
    - The company names for those people listed should be verified.
We want to ensure we give the correct affiliation.

We would like to get this information to the Editor at the end of this week.

Neil
