[sv-ac] Delta file for Mantis 3033

Hi all,

To ease understanding what has changed towards the email ballot, I am attaching the delta file in Word and PDF format between the amended version and the previously voted one. The changes are shown by side bars. The changes are also shown in the text, but are quite unreadable there because they are shown in blue and in red strikethrough.
