Hi Stu,

The formal definition of a sequence tight satisfaction is described in F.4 and F.5: the sequence match is empty if sequence is matched on an empty word. It might be useful to add some explanatory language to Clause 16 or at least to provide a reference to Annex F. You can file a Mantis with a clarification request.

Regards,
Dmitry

Subject: [sv-ac] No definition of empty match

Clause 16 uses the term "empty match" in several places, but I could not find a definition of the term. Clause 16.9.2 defines the term "empty sequence". Is this a completely different thing, or two terms for the same thing.

Did I miss the definition of empty match? Does a mantis item need to be filed for this?

Stu
