Clause 16 uses the term "empty match" in several places, but I could not
find a definition of the term. Clause 16.9.2 defines the term "empty
sequence". Is this a completely different thing, or two terms for the same
thing.
Did I miss the definition of empty match? Does a mantis item need to be
filed for this?
