-You have until 8:00 am PDT, Tuesday, June 28, 2011 to respond
-An issue passes if there are zero NO votes and half of the eligible
voters respond with a YES vote.
-If you vote NO on any issue, your vote must be accompanied by a reason.
The issue will then be up for discussion during a future conference call.

    a) The proposal says, "If a sequence with a method is passed as an actual
       argument to a module instantiation, it shall be clocked as if it were
       instantiated at the place of module instantiation. The same rule shall
       apply if a sequence with a method is passed as an actual argument to an
       interface, program, function or task instantiation."

       Modules, interfaces, and programs don't have arguments, but rather ports.

    b) In the comment at the bottom of page 4,

       // e4 infers default clocking cb and not posedge clk_a as there are

       "there are" should be "there is".
