Hi Scott,

In FailOn/Off you state, " This task also affects the execution of the
default fail action block." I am confused by this clarification. Can
you explain why it is needed?

MK> The above clarification was added as default fail action is not
written by the user and it is implicitly added by the tool. So, we
wanted to clarify that the task is going to affect this implicit fail
action also. This language is from the previous version and at that time
some people thought it was necessary to add this clarification.
