[sv-ac] RE: Call to vote: Due May 2

Hi all,

I made a minor update to the proposal:

* Modified explanation of Example 3 in the Motivation section

* Replaced one $concurrent escapee to $sampled

* Added the following sentence to the definition of $sampled function: "Note that the concurrent value does not always coincide with the sampled value."
