Stan Krolikoski has kindly agreed to be the returning officer for the vice-chair ballot. Following this announcement mail, Stan will shortly be sending out a call for nominations. After two weeks, the election will be conducted via e-mail, with the ballot itself being open for two weeks. The winner of the ballot will then be announced.
