How to bin/handle rough ideas that we want to discard

• Start an anti-proposal list below the current proposal list where we can enumerate (on a separate page) reasons why not to do something

Performance Removal of Delta Cycles

• What does this mean?
  • Remove all delta cycles vs.
  • Let a tool remove ones it determines are safe to be removed

Performance Enhancements

• AI: Cliff will look into background on these and report back.

Attributes on VHDL-2008 new things (entity class objects)

• Attributes package instances, subprogram instances, actual package instance, actual subprograms instance
• PSL (missing from section 6.7 - attribute declarations)
• Missing things from VHDL-2008

Protected Types

• Shared variables in declarative regions
• Aliases to protected type methods within protected type and outside
