VHDL Matrix package version 3.0

I just uploaded version 3.0 of the VHDL matrix package to the TWiki web
page at:

You can download them also from the fphdl page at:
http://www.vhdl.org/fphdl/real_matrix_pkg.zip

The .zip file includes both the packages and the documentation (PDF).

Source code for VHDL 2008 and 1993 (really 2002 because of shared
variables) is included in this release.
