First cut analysis of VHPI-AMS change specs

  Folks,

I had an action item from a past VHDL-AMS VHPI meeting to review the
VHPI information model and API to identify required changes.

I've done a pass over the VHDL-AMS and 1076-2008 annotated LRMs and have
come up with a first-cut list - see

The next step would be to identify specific new classes and their place
in the class hierarchy.
