VHDL-AMS 1076.1 vector-matrix operation subcommittee formation

Greetings,

The subcommittee for vector-matrix operation support in VHDL-AMS
subcommittee is starting up.

This subcommittee is responsible for supporting vector-matrix operation in
VHDL-AMS.

This email is going to all vhdl-ams reflector members to solicit
participation in the subcommittee. Future emails will only go to
subcommittee members.
