Dear member of the IEEE P1076.1 Working Group,
We are reaching the end of the two year term of the officers of the Working Group. I have asked John Shields to act as Returning Officer to hold officer elections. John will issue a call for nominations shortly following the process described in our P&Ps and then conduct the elections. I will distribute a list of WG members who are eligible to vote based on the criteria described in the P&Ps and their meeting attendance.
At this time I would also like to disclose my intent to run for a second term as WG chair to continue the work we have started to revise IEEE Std 1076.1.1 and to revise and enhance IEEE Std 1076.1.
