Arpad,

Here are my comments to the topics you are proposing as new features to
the VHDL-AMS language:

1) Support for encryption has been added to the upcoming VHDL 1076-2007
standard. As far as I know, it still has been to be ratified by the IEEE
so it may take some time before the encryption technology is available
to VHDL end users. Nevertheless, the 1076.1 standard will naturally
endorse the new technology as soon as it is supported in EDA tools.

2) I proposed a process for managing proposals for new features. Your
idea is certainly a starting point. However, if there is enough
resonance around the topic, then the proposal should be developped
further along the lines of the defined process.
Can you elaborate a bit further on that? Are you proposing this in the
context of supporting RF applications in VHDL-AMS?

Best regards,
Alain
