Everyone:

If you were on the original ballot, you should have received this. I have
edited out the username and password. NOTE the deadline of OCT 11! If you
were not on the original ballot I cannot add you at this point. If you are
not changing your vote you don't need to do anything! Your vote will be
carried forward. Negative votes can only be cast against the changes and not
the original. All of this is explained more fully below.
