Brian,
FTL Systems has developed VHDL-RF/MW(tm), which includes frequency
domain modeling. It is included in an upcoming release our our
Auriga toolset family.
There are some upcoming announcements and publications, including a
paper at IMS in June. Please get in contact if you'd like to know more.
